At ESSE Purse Museum & Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique accessory. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your style, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our guest services team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
